Mr. Billy Man

Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Billy Man is the founder of Mansfield Consulting Limited.  He has over 25 years of experience in management and 15 years of experience in mystery shopper research.  Mr. Man is an expert in sales management, customer service and market research.
 
As a pioneer and market leader in mystery shopper researches, Mr. Man has made revolutionary changes to the traditional research process by integrating his knowledge in operations, market research and international standards.  In 2008, he was the originator in applying mystery shopper research to measure sales performances.  And in 2010, he was also first to recruit disabled and elderly mystery shoppers to evaluate Barrier Free Access Services in Hong Kong.  These initiatives were well recognized by the society and many organizations.  To help companies boost up sales and service performances, Mr. Man strives to improve the reliability and broaden the applications of mystery shopper researches.  Mr. Man has conducted over 100,000 mystery shopper assessments for different industries in Hong Kong, Macau and China, such as cosmetic, fashion, jewelry, electronics, fast-food, restaurants, entertainment, banks, property management, telecommunications, telephone hotlines, insurance, government and non-profit organizations. 
 
Mr. Man has held senior management positions at training consultant and market research companies as well as international group companies, such as Hutchison, Sun Hung Kai, PCCW and Ryoden Holdings.
 
Mr. Man is also actively involved in social services. Currently, he is the chairman of the HKSAR Rehabilitation Advisory Committee Subcommittee on Employment, consultant at the "Direction Association for the Handicapped" and "Hong Kong Red Cross J. F. Kennedy Center Alumni Association". Mr. Man graduated from the University of Hull, UK, with a MBA degree.

  • Winnie Wong, co-founder of Mansfield Consulting Limited, graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, research, CRM and has held managerial positions at multinational companies in advertising, office supplies, and telecommunication industries. 

  • Her areas of research included retail, luxury products, F&B, insurance, FMCG, beauty service, property management, etc.

  • Joseph Kwan, Architect and Access Consultant has more than 36 years of experience in architectural practice having worked in Australia, United Kingdom, France and Hong Kong. He is the Founding Director of UDA Consultants Ltd(Universal Design & Accessibility) in Hong Kong since 2005. 

  • As a forerunner in the barrier free access arena in Hong Kong, Mr. Kwan has provided expert advice on access design for numerous construction projects, including government buildings, hospitals, universities, and public facilities. In 2000, he received the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Hong Kong Citation “in recognition of distinguished achievement as a community based consultancy service in promoting and implementing barrier-free accessible environments for the elderly and people with disabilities in Hong Kong”. 

  • In recognition of his achievements in improving the built environment for the disabled, he was awarded the “Medal of Honour” (MH) by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2001.
