Beyond traditional experiential leadership training:
"Break Through and Rebuild — Leadership Transformation from the Inside Out"

Challenges faced by business leaders
Many leaders, driven by high professional standards and a strong sense of responsibility to their teams, strive to project a well-rounded and stable leadership image. However, in this process, they unconsciously overlook their own true capabilities and blind spots in growth, creating a communication gap with their teams and making it difficult to build deep trust connections. Consequently, their leadership strengths and team collaboration potential are not fully realized.

Core values of the course
This course is centered around an immersive experience, with interconnected and mutually reinforcing activities throughout the day. It is both entertaining and inspiring, with a very high level of participation. Through gradual guidance, it helps participants recognize their own problems, delve into management blind spots, effectively build team cohesion, and achieve a comprehensive improvement in leadership skills.

Course Features
The full-day event incorporates the high-pressure game concept of the Three Kingdoms period, creating a highly stimulating competitive scenario that allows participants to intuitively discover leadership blind spots while being intensely engaged. It is complemented by diverse experiential sessions such as in-depth dialogues, team collaboration building, and multi-dimensional partner cognition, which promote a dual transformation in leadership thinking and behavior from self-awareness to team resonance.
After each activity, a professional coach will immediately guide the review and sharing, breaking down the management logic behind it, and quickly transforming the feelings and insights gained from the experience into practical and rational leadership tools that can be accurately applied to actual management work.

Course Theoretical Foundation
With a focus on the integration of Chinese and Western approaches, it combines Western psychology of real leadership with the traditional wisdom of self-knowledge from Sun Tzu's Art of War and the Humility hexagram from the I Ching, providing leaders with both scientific and cultural support to overcome management bottlenecks.
